Numata’s Microsoft Change Management Assessment is an ongoing service aimed at organisations that want or need to monitor changes within their Microsoft environment. This allows clients to compare the changes against internal change management processes, capture and document changes made and to allow organisations to roll-back changes, if necessary.

The service includes monthly reporting in the form of a detailed technical report that identifies entity and configuration changes. The changes are grouped by properties, showing the old values vs. the new values. The changes are organised together into bands called “Change Sets.”

The Mail Activity Assessment allows us to provide you with a report that indicates a high-level summary of what emails are being sent and received by your top 10 active senders and active receivers for the reporting period.

This report is meant to be run monthly basis to help you identify the power users who may need more capacity, and which mailboxes are not being read at all and likely represent recently inactive users that need to be cleaned up.
